PRLog (Press Release)– Jun 27, 2011– The Advanstar Automotive Group, a leading provider of integrated media solutions to the automotive aftermar buick ket and collision repair industry, announced that Automotive Body Repair News (ABRN) is now accepting applications for the magazine's 2011 Top Shops Contest. The contest helps identify the top collision repair shops across the United States. Entries must be completed by August 19, 2011.
"The ABRN Top Shops Contest has identified some outstanding collision repair shops over the last few years," said Bruce Adams, managing editor, ABRN. "Not only is it a great honor for these shops to receive this designation, it provides other aspiring collision repair facilities with great ideas on best practices to improve their own performance."
To enter the contest, collision repair shops are required to answer nine questions describing their business in a simple-to-complete form. Judges will score each shop on 10 categories: experience, training and education, shop operations, supplier relations, marketing, acura website presence, aftermarket involvement, ferrari community activities, technical offerings and a photo tour of the shop.
Judges will review all of the entries, and winners will be announced in the fall. The overall 2011 Top Shop will appear on the cover of chevrolet the December 2011 issue of ABRN, while the nine runners-up also will be featured inside the magazine. Winners also will receive plaques to display and use in their marketing efforts, touting them as a Top Shop.
The ABRN 2011 Top Shops contest is sponsored by Car-O-Liner, CCC One, Garmat USA, Kia Motors Genuine Parts, Spray-Tech and Sherwin Williams. Download the form at: http://abrn.search-autoparts.com/abrn/article/articleDet ...
